General Terms

By signing up for B2B Booking platform of ShareTrip Ltd, you are agreeing to accept all of our terms and conditions:

  • By accessing, using or booking through our platform means that you have agreed to the terms and conditions that we set out below.
  • The information provided on our booking platform must be truthful, accurate and updated. Our supplier reserves the sole right to cancel bookings without refund when incorrect information has been provided.
  • Both parties have a right to terminate this agreement by giving a 30 day prior notice. However, ShareTrip Ltd shall retain the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect if the agent/client breaches any provision of this agreement or act in a way that either breach any laws of the land or hamper the reputation of ShareTrip Ltd.
  • ShareTrip authority do not encourage the b2b agents to keep an extra amount of money in the agent's account. If the b2b agent keeps the more or an extra amount of money in their account then they will not be able to withdraw the extra amount which is kept in the sharetrip b2b panel. Whenever required, the agent can utilize the amount of money by issuing tickets or availing any of the services. ShareTrip authority preserve the right to release or hold the amount based on different situations.
  • ShareTrip does not encourage B2B agents to maintain an excessive balance in their accounts. However, if an agent maintains a higher balance, they can:
    • Utilize the funds for issuing tickets
    • Avail other services
    • Withdraw the balance as per their requirement.
  • If any of our services have any additional terms specific to the service, those terms will be specified in the product details page, and you will be responsible to read them before booking.
  • ShareTrip reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at its sole discretion at any time. Any such changes will be notified to the agent, who shall remain responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms and ensuring continued compliance in their use of the Service.

ShareTrip Services

  • ShareTrip provides Air Tickets, Domestic hotels , Mobile and Utility Bill pay services to its B2B clients. Getting a service from us on any of these service categories will depend on its availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
  • Any notice, request, or communication required under this Agreement shall be made in writing and delivered by email to the registered address of the respective party or by any other mutually agreed method. Such notice shall be deemed effective upon successful transmission.

Term Period

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in force for an initial period of twelve (12) months, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Thereafter, the Agreement shall renew for successive one (1) year terms which will be made upon mutual consent of both parties unless either Party provides at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of its intention not to renew.

Limitation Of Liability

By using this site you agree to understand that ShareTrip:

  • Any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act of omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by any Travel Supplier.
  • Any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress, or other similar matter.
  • Any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or changes in fares and rates.
  • Any cancellation or double-booking of reservations or tickets beyond the reasonable control of ShareTrip.
  • Any claim of any nature arising out of or in connection with air or other transportation services, products or other features performed (or not) or occurring (or not) in connection with your itinerary.

Booking

  • You should book any service with accurate information of customer, after booking any kind of information change may not allowed.
  • When we place Service Elements on our Site, we are inviting you to make an offer for their purchase. You do not make this offer until you press "Book."
  • If the relevant Service Element is available, your Booking will be processed. The contract pertaining to the relevant Booking is formed when payment in full has been received.
  • The contract between you and the relevant Travel Supplier will relate only to those Service Elements confirmed by email with ticket numbers in case of air or reservation numbers in case of hotels, cars, or activities.

Cancellations

  • We provide a specific cancellation or amendment deadline for each booking, along with any applicable cancellation charges if the booking is canceled or amended after the stated Deadline. The Deadline shall be determined based on the policies of the relevant airline, hotel, or service provider, and will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking. Please read these terms carefully prior to making any booking.
  • Failure to comply with the Deadline may result in forfeiture of any prepaid amounts, imposition of additional charges by the service provider, or complete loss of the booking without refund. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept these consequences.

No Shows

  • No show by the guest at any service without prior information shall be considered a cancellation for hotel & for flight as per hotel & airline policy.
  • No refunds will be applicable in the case of no shows for hotel & for flight as per Airline policy.

Re-Issue/Date Change

Re-issue or Date change of any service will be as per supplier’s policy.

Refund

  • If a refund is permitted by the airline, the amount will be credited to the Agent ID after deduction of any applicable charges, including but not limited to airline cancellation penalties, bank fees, service charges, or other processing costs.
  • Refund processing times are subject to airline and banking procedures. ShareTrip shall not be held responsible for any delay in refund processing caused by the airline, bank, or other third parties.
  • In cases where an airline declares a ticket non-refundable, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Rates & Currency

  • All rates displayed on the ShareTrip platform are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges, except for any city taxes, resort fees, or additional charges that are payable directly by the guest at the hotel or service provider’s premises.
  • You will be responsible to go through the breakdown of the rate before booking any service.
  • Rates displayed on the ShareTrip platform are subject to currency fluctuations and changes in supplier pricing. Published rates may vary daily to reflect movements in exchange rates or supplier revisions.
  • Once your booking is complete and you are charged, there is no refund for the price difference, because rates can change anytime.

No Liability for Onward Sales

  • The resale of ShareTrip’s travel services to end-customers is the sole responsibility of the Agent. ShareTrip bears no liability of any kind for onward sales, including disputes, claims, or service issues arising between the Agent and its clients.
  • We are also not responsible for any dispute between you and your client arising from the onward sale of a travel service. We only show information that we get from our suppliers, you are responsible to reconfirm those to your clients prior to charging him/her.

Flight

  • You can book tickets to all over the world using our website.
  • Seats, meals, frequent flyer benefits, and other special requests are made on a request-only basis. The airline reserves the right to modify seat allocations or deny requests without prior notice. ShareTrip does not guarantee that your requested seat, meal, or other special request will be confirmed. You are responsible for verifying all requests directly with the airline. It is strongly recommended that you contact the airline to confirm any special requests prior to travel.
  • Baggage allowance and excess baggage charges are determined solely by the airline. In cases of connecting flights involving multiple airlines, travellers may be required to collect and recheck baggage at transfer points. Any excess baggage fees must be paid directly to the respective airline(s). ShareTrip bears no responsibility for such charges.
  • Airlines may, at their sole discretion, make schedule changes, cancellations, or operational adjustments at any time. ShareTrip shall not be liable for any missed connections, flight disruptions, delays, or cancellations arising from such airline actions. Any remedies, including refunds or rebooking, will be subject strictly to the relevant airline’s policy.
  • ShareTrip does not assume any liability for cancelled flights, missed flights, or flights that do not connect due to schedule changes made by Airline(s) or Supplier(s). We will notify you of any changes after receiving information from the Airline(s) or Supplier(s); it is your responsibility to inform your customer of such changes. ShareTrip’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Holiday

Package rates are valid as per our mentioned validity dates and for the room category specified. Should the period of stay or room type change, above rates will not be valid. Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions, blackout periods, and special events. A surcharge will be levied in those cases.

Photos of the hotel and information provided regarding the service, amenities, products, etc. have been provided to us by the supplier. ShareTrip accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for any changes that the supplier has not updated. Specific features such as bedding type or non-smoking rooms are simply a request and not guaranteed unless otherwise specified by the hotel. While most hotels will strive to honor your requests, neither ShareTrip nor the hotel will guarantee that your request will be honored.

No amendment (name changes, date changes, hotel change, etc) will be done once the booking is confirmed.

Visa

ShareTrip process visa for all popular destinations worldwide. For places where the submission has to be by the individuals, we only process the papers for the client. Client shall have to face embassy interview by themselves if needed. We also do not provide any assurance of getting visa, as that depends solely on the embassy. In order to have a higher chance of getting visa, clients are suggested to-


  1. Provide accurate documents to us.
  2. Share only true information.
  3. Not hide any information.
  4. Provide any additional documents requested as supporting document.

Passport should have at least 7 months validity before applying for visa. Customer will be responsible for checking the passport validity before applying. Visa fee and our service charge are strictly not refundable even if the client does not get the visa.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh with the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
  • b. If any issue or dispute or claim arises out of or in connection with this Agreement, including breach, interpretation, termination or invalidity hereof, the Parties shall try to resolve the issue amicably by mutual understanding upon receipt of written notice of such dispute or claim by the affected Party to the other Party requesting for an amicable settlement. If there is no amicable settlement within a period of 30 (thirty) days of receipt of written notice served by the affected Party or upon commencement of amicable settlement process 30 (thirty) days have elapsed without a settlement and the Parties did not agree in writing to extend the time for the settlement, then the issue or dispute or claim shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001 of Bangladesh by service of written notice referring the issue or dispute or claim to arbitration. To such arbitration, the Parties shall appoint 1 (one) arbitrator each within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the written notice to refer to arbitration and thereafter the 2 (two) arbitrators appointed by the Parties shall jointly appoint an additional arbitrator within the next 15 (fifteen) days who shall be the chairman of the arbitration tribunal consisting of 3 (three) members. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and the place of arbitration shall be Dhaka, Bangladesh. The decision of the Tribunal shall be regarded as final and binding on the Parties to this Agreement. Each Party shall bear its own costs, charges, and fees of such arbitration.

Prohibited Activities

  • When booking services, you are agreeing not to:

    1. Use contents of this website anywhere else.
    2. Make any false or fraudulent reservation.
    3. Copy any part of this website without proper permission.
  • If ShareTrip finds any suspicious, or fraudulent booking, booked under a false name, we reserve the right to cancel the booking immediately and block the email, phone number that are associated with that particular account from our website. ShareTrip reserves the right to take legal action if needed, in case of any fraudulent activity. If you think your account has been blocked by any mistake, we request you to contact our customer service with proper verifiable documents. Disclaimers

  • By making a booking through the ShareTrip B2B platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A completed booking shall constitute conclusive acceptance of these Terms, and no subsequent claim of non-acceptance or disagreement will be entertained.
  • ShareTrip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
